Current and Cloud Workflow Automation (“we,” “us”) provides missed call response and messaging automation services to businesses. This policy explains how we handle information collected through those services, from the businesses that use them, and through this website.
1. Information we collect
When you contact a business that uses our service
When you call a business that uses our service and the call is not answered, we collect your phone number and any information you provide in your text message replies, such as the nature of your service request, its urgency, and your service address.
We also collect basic technical information necessary to deliver messages, including timestamps and delivery status.
When your business uses our service
If you are a business using our service, we collect your contact and billing details to set up and run your account.
When you visit this website
Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
2. How we use information
We use information only to respond to your service inquiry, deliver it to the business you contacted, and operate and secure the service. The business you called receives the details you provide so they can follow up with you. Once we pass your information to that business, their own privacy practices apply to how they use it.
3. Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
5. Service providers
We use third-party providers to deliver messages and store data, including Twilio for message delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
6. Data retention
We keep conversation records for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation. You may request deletion of your information sooner by contacting us at the address below.
7. Your choices
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of information we hold about you.
8. California residents
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information.
To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
9. Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
