1. The service

We provide automated missed call response services on behalf of businesses. When you call a participating business and the call is not answered, you may receive an automated text message asking about your service need. Replying is optional.

2. Messaging terms

By replying to our messages, you consent to continue that text conversation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information collected through our messages.

3. No emergency service

Do not use this messaging service to report emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services directly. We do not guarantee that messages will be read or responded to immediately.

4. Accuracy of information

Information you provide is passed to the business you contacted. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. No guarantee of service

We provide the messaging system. The business you contacted is responsible for responding to your inquiry and for the services they provide. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of any work performed by businesses using our service.

6. For businesses using our service

If you are a business that uses our service to respond to your callers:

  • Consent and messaging laws. Messages are sent on your behalf. You are responsible for having any consent the law requires to message your callers, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar laws, and for following carrier messaging rules. We honor STOP requests automatically, and you must not message anyone who has opted out.
  • Fees. Fees and billing terms are as agreed when you sign up.
  • Suspension and cancellation. You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your service if you fail to pay, send spam or unlawful messages, or use the service in a way that puts our messaging or other customers at risk.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

9. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
